LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN ON INTRODUCING AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN "ON APPEALS OF INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES"

Adopted by the Legislative Chamber on August 15, 2017 Approved by the Senate on August 24, 2017

Article 1. Amendments and additions shall be introduced to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. O‘RQ-378 "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities", adopted on December 3, 2014 (Bulletin of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 12, Article 340), and its new edition shall be approved (attached).

Article 2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall: bring government resolutions into conformity with this Law; ensure that state administration bodies review and repeal their normative legal acts that contradict this Law; ensure the implementation of this Law, its communication to the executors, and the explanation of its essence and significance among the population.

Article 3. This Law shall enter into force from the day of its official publication.
